The show was curated to create a link between the pioneering play Devika Rani presented by acclaimed actors and the thoughts of artists about the iconic actress, and to create a link between the performing and visual arts. Eight artists, from across India, who have an illustrative style of work meshed with storytelling characterization were selected to create works portraying the attributes, persona and life of Devika Rani. 

Planned as the “India's Largest Theatre Tour”, Showhouse & IGA Galleria  decided to make it more engaging and meaningful by commissioning 8 talented artists to paint their visions on Devika Rani, thus, initiating a rare coming together of visual arts & performing arts.
