Varied events and programs are held across the city to celebrate International Women's Day that falls on March 8th every year. In an unique initative, Pune based IGA Galleria collaborated with Phoenix Market City Mall to host Phoenix Women's Art Camp that saw ten Pune-based women artists create artworks at the mall.

The aim of the Camp was to bring art and artists out of their studios into widely accessible public spaces. People watched as the artists mixed colours, rendered brush strokes, and created unique compositions in their artworks.
