An Alumnus of College of Visual Arts and a student of eminent artistSri Suvaprasanna, Subrata Das has received a National Scholarship and won an Honorable Mention from the Avantika Art Society, New Delhi. Das’s works have been part of several group exhibitions in all the metro cities of India. Subrata’s women painted in acrylic are moments captured in an idyllic setting, have an inward gaze which coaxes the viewer to delve deep within their thoughts.
